A great company with great people
A great company! We wanted a total removal of our existing bathtub to install a large shower, with the option of extending that into a full bathroom reno in the future, and Bath Planet delivered on all fronts. They were responsive, upfront about the cost, and the end result is pretty much perfect. Highly recommend, and we'll be calling again when we want more work done on our bathroom.

Like Everyone Else Says AMAZING!!!
Our Reno began with Marcel coming in and tearing out the old fixtures, then Corey coming in and made a beautiful creation from Marcel's mess LOL. We can't say enough about the work Corey did including going on line and assisting my wife with choosing fixtures. He answered all of our questions and concerns about the Reno. We were surprised that all the work was done by one man to perfection, Corey is the Ultimate Handyman!!! We are very happy with our beautiful new Bathroom. Thank You for a job Well Done.

Amazing Experience
No surprises from start to finish! Everything promised was everything delivered. What we liked about Bath Planet is that they clearly explained that their process was not to cover over but rather to extract everything and totally rebuild. Jeff knows his stuff and has an excellent eye for design. My wife contacted Melissa on numerous occasions and all her questions were answered patiently and thoroughly. Corey, our installer was amazing. He truly cares about doing an excellent job. I had never heard of Bath Planet before this but was so glad we found them. I would highly recommend Bath Planet.

They Have Clearly Done This Many Times, and Very Well.
Melissa and Jeff were a pleasure to work with: from our very informative initial consultation; through scheduling and a few rounds of decision making; up to completion (including some last minute troubleshooting).
They gave great info and guidance on several decisions, and made recommendations that differed from our original plans - that turned out to be exactly right. They have clearly done this many times, and very well.

...Very Professional, Always on Time, Very Clean and Courteous.
We hired Bath Planet of Ottawa based on their experience working in condo towers with very strict compliance standards around contractors. Our property management team were very happy with communications from both Melissa in the office and Cory on the project itself.
We had two renos done in sequence. The simpler one was a 3-piece powder room which was an update with a few additions (pocket door, custom built-in shelving) and accessibility elements. The more complex one was a 4-piece ensuite which included a large soaker tub, curbless shower and 2 tiled walls.
While delays and unexpected elements will always be a part of any build, we felt that communication, expectations, and thoughtful options were well managed throughout.
Cory was very professional, always on time, very clean and courteous. His skill as a tradesman is second to none.
We would not hesitate to recommend Bath Planet of Ottawa for your next project, large or small.
